How many samples will I need?
At a minimum, one outdoor sample (baseline) and one indoor sample is required for conditioned space. In the average residential home, four to five samples will give enough information on indoor air quality.
Do I need to test for Asbestos?
For residential homes built before 1985, it is recommended to test for asbestos if you are going to do any demolition. For commercial properties, it is required to test for asbestos, regardless of year built, if you are going to do any remodeling or demolition.
